We only ask for what we need to quote and schedule your service:

• Your name
• Your phone number and preferred contact method (text or call)
• Your ZIP code
• The services you're interested in, property type, timing and frequency
• Anything you choose to tell us in the free-text box

We do not ask for your email address, payment card details, date of birth, or any sensitive category of personal information through this website. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

• To contact you by text or phone call about that quote and to schedule work
• To provide the service and keep a record of the job
• To comply with tax, insurance and other legal obligations

We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not send marketing messages to people who have not asked us to.

Quote requests are emailed to our own business inbox. We use a small number of service providers strictly to operate the site and receive your request: our website host and our email provider. They process the information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We may also disclose information where required by law.

If you ask us to contact you by text, standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts from us, or HELP for assistance. Texts from us relate to your quote and service — we do not use your number for marketing campaigns or share it with marketers.

Quote requests are kept for up to 24 months so we can follow up and answer questions. Records connected to work we actually performed are kept as long as needed for tax, insurance and warranty purposes, typically seven years.

If you live in California, the CCPA/CPRA gives you the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request a copy, to request correction or deletion, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Because we do not sell or share personal information for advertising, there is nothing to opt out of.

The site is served over HTTPS and quote requests are transmitted encrypted. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we limit access to your information to the people who need it to do the work.
