Prices shown on this site are starting prices for typical homes and are not a binding offer. Your final price depends on the size, height, access and condition of the property, and is confirmed in writing (text or email) before we begin. A quote is valid for 30 days unless we say otherwise. Discounts advertised for recurring plans or earliest-availability slots apply only to the service they are offered with and cannot be combined unless we confirm it.

• Please provide safe access to the areas being cleaned, including gates, water and, where relevant, power.
• Secure pets and move fragile or valuable items away from work areas before we arrive.
• Tell us in advance about damaged glass, failed seals, loose gutters, brittle fittings, alarms or leaks.
• You confirm you are the owner or are authorized to order work at the property.

You can cancel or reschedule at no charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations inside 24 hours, or arrivals where we cannot access the property, may be charged a $50 trip fee. We may reschedule for rain, high wind, unsafe roof conditions or other safety reasons at no cost to you.

Payment is due on completion unless we agree otherwise in writing. We accept the payment methods stated on your quote. Late balances may accrue interest at 1.5% per month, or the maximum permitted by California law if lower.

We carry general liability insurance and work carefully, but some conditions cannot be corrected by cleaning — including hard water etching, oxidation, scratched or pitted glass, failed window seals, paint or screen deterioration, and pre-existing rust or damage. We will point these out rather than attempt a repair. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, or for damage caused by defects you did not disclose.

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, our total liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

We sometimes photograph completed work for our portfolio. Photos never include people, house numbers or anything that identifies your address. Tell us before or during the visit if you'd prefer we don't photograph your property and we won't.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute will be handled by the state or federal courts located in California. If a term is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
